We stand behind what we promise. This is what entrusting a piece to a private jeweller means.
Your project is studied by the jeweller before manufacturing begins. We start your piece after approval of the quote and confirmation of payment, according to the specifications agreed with you.
We work with two solid base metals: 940 silver and 18-carat yellow gold. A white or rose colour, if desired, is clearly identified as surface plating, never as a different metal concealed beneath a coating.
The price is based on the actual piece: material, size, stones and making. Invoices are in euros, with no hidden charges.
A solid precious-metal piece is designed to last through time. You benefit from the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided by law.
We prefer to explain what we actually do rather than display labels we do not hold. If a colour or finish involves a trade-off, such as care requirements or plating that wears, we tell you before you order.
