To exercise your rights: contact@privauri.com. No data protection officer is publicly designated on this page.
Your creation text and the necessary parameters are sent to OpenAI’s API to produce previews. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in your prompt that is unnecessary for the jewellery design.
The Privauri team accesses the information needed to follow up your project. Hosting, email (Resend), generation (OpenAI), payment when enabled, and delivery providers each perform their respective function. Google sign-in is optional.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms must be verified in these services’ contracts. You can request details at contact@privauri.com.
Account and creation data are used while the account is active. You can delete previews and manage sharing in your account. If the account is deleted, data needed for orders, accounting or defending legal rights are not erased before the end of their statutory retention period.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years. Support correspondence is retained while the request is handled, then only as necessary for contract follow-up, legal obligations or a dispute. Backups follow a retention cycle separate from the live website.
Newsletter confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Cookie choices are requested again after six months. A cookie’s lifespan is not, by itself, the provider’s data retention period.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
Use your account for available features or write to contact@privauri.com. Appropriate proof of identity may be requested if reasonable doubt remains; identity documents are not requested systematically. The response period is one month, with a justified extension where the GDPR permits it.
You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, without giving up your other remedies.
The site uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls for projects and request limits. Forms are protected against abusive submissions. No measure can promise the complete absence of risk.
